It is 100% natural and gluten free.
It's prepared with fresh rosemary, sage, garlic, a pinch of black pepper and Italian sea salt with distinctive properties.
The herbs are grown in our fields in Bologna. The entire production chain is carefully monitored to ensure exceptional quality.

Seasonello® is the traditional Bolognese aromatic herbal salt, commonly used and very appreciated in the kitchen.
This mixture was once expertly prepared by housewives to flavor meals with chopped fresh herbs and sea salt, that was crushed using a glass bottle.
Now as it was then Seasonello® is still prepared by us following the tradition, using advanced machinery and automated production lines.
