Our Carnaroli rice and artisan risottos come from the “specialist” areas of Vercelli.
With its compact grains that lose very little starch during cooking, our Carnaroli rice guarantees excellent results and resistance and is particularly suitable for fine risottos.
To preserve the qualities of the rice, it is vacuum packed.
Our artisan risottos are not pre-cooked and are of the utmost quality with authentic ingredients selected to guarantee inimitable flavour and fragrance. You’ll find easy to follow instructions on the back of the packet.
Our small round mini potato gnocchi with their fluffy texture are ideal for tomato, vegetable or cheese sauces, or other more extravagant condiments such as prawns, crab, courgettes etc. Classic traditional Italian gnocchi with their soft texture are excellent seasoned with tomato sauce, ragù, pesto or “butter and sage”.
