Lightly beat the meat with a meat tenderizer. Beat the eggs, add a sprinkling of black pepper, then dip the slices well and slide the excess egg away.
Bake the slices well then fry them in the melted butter.
Towards the end of cooking, add a slice of ham on each slice of schnitzel and distribute the grated Parmesan over them. Let the cheese melting then arrange the slices on absorbent kitchen paper, put some salt and serve!
For this recipe you can also use the "GLUTEN FREE breading preparation" or "Panuovo® ready breading" which which doesn’t require eggs.
